We exclusively use Tata G.I sheet and J S W G.I Sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, 120 GSM (Galvana Coating), 220 GSM, and 275 GSM, renowned for their durability and reliability.
Preparation and Strengthening:
The selected sheet undergoes precise cutting to meet the required dimensions. To ensure optimum strength, we implement a thorough strengthening process, reinforcing the sheet for enhanced performance.
Shaping and Welding:
The strengthened sheet is expertly shaped, folded, and welded to create the distinctive form of our Ice Cans. Our skilled craftsmen employ precise techniques to ensure uniformity and structural integrity.
Bottom Reinforcement:
To enhance the robustness of the can's bottom, we employ a unique method. We add a sheet with a strategically placed cross mark, providing additional strength and stability.
Top Structure:
The top of our Ice Cans features a 6mm thickness M.S flat bar, meticulously fixed to guarantee durability. This final touch adds a layer of strength and durability to the overall structure
Welding Excellence:
The assembly process concludes with meticulous welding of the top, side, and bottom, creating a seamless and durable joint that ensures the longevity of our Ice Cans.
